These Terms of Sale concern all offers made by Daniel van Dijck, all orders placed by the client and all agreements concluded between Daniel van Dijck concerning the products and services provided on www.danielvandijck.com.

In the circumstance that you are not content with a purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of arrival (as a guideline, we take the track and trace code) for a replacement or refund for the price of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

All products are handmade. Although we attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible, individual differences may exist. Nevertheless, the quality and aesthetics of the products are guaranteed.

Daniel van Dijck is not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
